Description

FBS-Systems enables a clean, independent, and secure energy supply using renewable energy sources through grid-connected battery storage systems. Our flexibility solutions are an essential component of a successful energy transition, helping to make the power grid stable, agile, and future-proof. As a growing company, we are looking for new colleagues to join our EPC management team on a part-time or full-time basis.

Your Responsibilities

Operational Project Management

  • You will be responsible for the implementation of our storage systems, from obtaining quotes through to successful commissioning.
  • You create and monitor schedules to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • You will coordinate external service providers and contractors and monitor project progress.

Interface Management

  • You serve as the central point of contact between service providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • You will regularly coordinate with specialist planners and internal teams and report directly to senior management.

Quality and Cost Management

  • You monitor the quality of work and document any deviations.
  • You are responsible for project controlling and oversee the budget and change order management.

Documentation

  • You will prepare complete audit documentation and document the project’s progress and completion.
  • You will conduct acceptance tests with contractors and ensure that the required project quality standards are met.
  • You bring your good ideas to your day-to-day work.

Our Requirements

  • You have a a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification (e.g., e.g., vocational training, master craftsman or electrical engineering technician with relevant experience).
  • You have extensive professional experience in constructionsupport or project management of technologically sophisticated large-scale or infrastructure projects (ideally renewable energy, charging stations, mechanical engineering, or industrial construction).
  • You are assertive and communicate clearly and on an equal footing in both German and English (at least C1 level in both).
  • Even during stressful times, you maintain a clear overview and are able to reconcile different interests.
  • You’re willing to travel to manage our construction sites throughout Germany (up to about 20%).
  • Your enthusiasm for renewable energy drives you to help us shape the energy transition.
